Full plan
The truck, the crew, and the three trips it took
This is the half that marketing software does not have and the reason most service businesses pay for two systems. In Oleera it is on the same records as the customer and the invoice.
Why it fits
A job that takes three trips is one job
How most systems model it
One job is one appointment. When the part does not arrive and you have to come back, you create a second job. Now the customer has two jobs for one problem, your reporting counts two, and the invoice has to pick one of them to attach to. Everybody works around it and nobody writes it down.
How Oleera models it
A job is the work. A visit is a trip to do some of it. One job, three visits, three different technicians if that is how it went. Materials bill once. The invoice attaches to the job, and can attach to several jobs, because that is how you actually bill people.
The screens
Six views, one question
ServiceTitan splits this across three top level menus. That makes sense when a dispatcher does nothing else all day. For an owner with ten plumbers it means opening three menus to answer one question, which is always some version of who is going where, and when. These are the same question at different zoom levels.

Ten plumbers do not need ten logins
A technician needs to see the jobs assigned to them, the address, the history at that address, and what they are supposed to do. They do not need your customer list, your margins or your reports, and charging you a full seat so they can look at their own schedule is a pricing model rather than a product decision.
Field staff are $10 a month and see their own assigned work and nothing else. That is not a setting somebody can get wrong: the boundary is enforced on every query, so there is no screen anywhere that shows them another crew's work.
Field staff require the Full plan, because without operations there is nothing for them to see.
Running two systems today?
Most service businesses are paying for a marketing platform and a field platform and bridging them by hand. Tell us what you are on and we will tell you what moving actually involves.
