Core
Everything except the field.

Includes 3 users and 250 AI actions.
The whole customer side: contacts, properties, pipeline, proposals, invoices, payments, email, forms, automations, reporting, and Oleera itself. For businesses that sell and bill but do not dispatch.

A worked example
What a ten person plumbing business pays
An owner, an office manager and a dispatcher who all use the system. Ten plumbers in trucks who need their schedule and their jobs. They dispatch, so they are on Full.

For comparison, that business is typically paying for a marketing platform and a field service platform separately today, and still cannot answer which of its ads paid for the work.
Billing questions
The awkward ones, answered
Is there a free trial?
No, and we would rather say so plainly than run a trial that quietly becomes a charge. Oleera is onboarded rather than self-served right now: we set it up with you, move your data in, and you decide after you have seen it working with your own customers in it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from inside the app, without emailing anybody. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for, so you keep working until then. We do not refund unused time on a cycle.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your account is archived for 90 days, and reactivating it in that window brings everything back exactly as it was. After 90 days it is permanently deleted. Before you go you can export contacts, invoices, proposals, deals, products, tasks and jobs to CSV whenever you want, without asking us.
What if a payment fails?
You get 14 days to fix it and nothing changes in the meantime. A business locked out on the morning a card expired is a cancellation we caused rather than one they chose. After 14 days the account is suspended for everybody on it, and you have 90 days from there to bring the balance current before anything is deleted.
Can I switch plans?
Up or down, whenever. Moving from Full to Core switches off the operations screens and the field staff seats stop billing at the end of the cycle. Nothing is deleted, so moving back up restores it.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. It is month to month. There is no annual commitment, no minimum term, and no early termination fee.
What does an AI action actually cost me?
Nothing until you pass 250 in a month, and most businesses do not. Asking Oleera a question is one action, however long the conversation runs. A standing instruction is one action each time it runs, so a daily instruction is about 30 a month. Past the allowance it is $100 for another 250.
Not sure which plan?
If you send somebody to an address, it is Full. If you sell and bill but never dispatch, it is Core. Tell us what you run and we will say which one, including if the answer is that Oleera is not right for you.
